Terms of Service

NestroClub is a marketplace. Hosts offer stays; guests book them. We are not a party to the stay itself, but we collect platform fees and GST as required under Indian law.

Pricing & taxes

Prices on Explore and the stay page include the nightly rate, applicable GST, the NestroClub service fee, and cleaning where the host charges it.
Optional extras (add-ons, travel protection, coupons) are shown before you pay and only after you opt in.
A GST invoice is issued after a successful booking.

Cancellation

Each stay shows its cancellation policy before you reserve. Guest refunds follow Airbnb-style Flexible, Moderate, Limited, Firm, or Strict rules, including a 24-hour grace period when you book at least 7 days before check-in. Hosts cannot change the policy after you book. If a host cancels, the guest receives a full refund.

Reviews

Guest and host ratings are from completed stays only. We do not sell reviews.

House rules & safety

Guests must follow the listing house rules. Discrimination based on caste, religion, gender, disability, or other protected characteristics is not allowed. Report safety issues from the trip page or Messages.
